Finco, the Tunisian invoicing solution
Co-founded by Ridha Bouzguenda in early 2025, Finco today supports more than 300 Tunisian companies in their day-to-day invoicing, business management and commercial operations.
Our story
Finco was born from a simple observation: most Tunisian SMEs still manage their invoicing, purchases and sales on spreadsheets or paper, with no real visibility on their business. In early 2025, Ridha Bouzguenda and his co-founders began designing and building Finco with a Tunisian engineering team, to deliver a tool shaped by local realities: quotes, invoices, sales, purchases, inventory, payments, customers and suppliers, with VAT, withholding tax and income tax built into the product. Finco officially launched in October 2025 and was certified by ANCE / TunTrust in March 2026 for electronic invoicing. Within months, several hundred companies adopted the platform. The promise has not changed: a product made in Tunisia, for Tunisia, kept in sync with every update to the finance law.
